Hydrogen refueling stations & H2 trailer filling
As experts in hydrogen compression, we not only offer hydrogen refueling for trucks, buses, ships and cars, but also solutions for filling hydrogen trailers. With powerful compression up to 900 bar, we ensure that the compressed hydrogen can be transported to the places where it is needed.

H2 refueling stations
We are passionate about building hydrogen refueling stations. Our comprehensive product portfolio ranges from small pilot projects to complete H2 infrastructures. With our modular system, we grow with the needs of our customers and offer tailor-made solutions for every requirement. At the heart of our technology is the MAX Compression System, which uses patented ASX technology to achieve reliable compression up to 900 bar. With a maximum delivery capacity of 350 kg/h, we are setting new standards in hydrogen refueling.
Our innovative cloud solution makes it possible to track all refueling processes in real time and increases the performance of our 24/7 service to guarantee the maximum availability of your system. Discover the future of mobility with our hydrogen refueling stations - efficient, reliable and future-proof.
High availability thanks to Automatic Seal Exchange (ASX)
With the patented ASX function (Automatic Seal Exchange), the piston seals in the refueling system, which are subject to increased wear due to contact with hydrogen, are changed automatically and within a few minutes. Thirteen seals are stored in a revolver bearing, which are inserted into the piston when triggered by sensors so that only the revolver bearing needs to be refilled during maintenance work. This Automatic Seal Exchange technology significantly reduces operating and maintenance costs and avoids unwanted downtime.

Trailer filling
We compress up to 900 bar with our powerful MAX Compression hydrogen compressor. This enables the filling of all standard trailers on the market from 200 to 500 bar - as well as the trailers of the future with higher pressures. A single compressor system is sufficient, which means that two systems do not have to be connected in series.
Our standard production concepts are designed for blocks from 1 to 5 MW electrolysis capacity, regardless of the trailer size. Thanks to the flexibly adjustable axial piston pump, the compressor can adjust the electrolysis output between 0 and 100 % simultaneously. This means that no large buffers are required between production and compression.
As an option, we offer stationary storage tanks for intermediate storage at 500 bar, which are flexible in terms of size. This means that production can take place at the optimum electricity price and filling can be adapted to the logistics.
Further advantages of our trailer filling system at a glance:
- connection of up to three different trailer types possible
- PN/PN communication with the electrolysis system
- single-line configuration: one MAX Compression enables the connection of two trailers
- cross-line configuration: combination of several MAX Compression, trailer connections and optional stationary storage possible, filling > 2 trailers simultaneously possible, depending on configuration
Finally, our trailer filling system can be expanded to include a hydrogen refueling station - depending on the business case. We offer overall system modelling including the source (e.g. electrolysis) and reconversion (e.g. for power supply) in order to analyze and optimize the overall economic efficiency of the plant.
Benefit from maximum flexibility and efficiency in your H2 infrastructure by opting for our trailer filling system. Choosing our technology offers the advantage of operating both trailer filling and an H2 refueling station with just one compressor - for maximum flexibility for the operator.
