Mathias - as managing director with a thermodynamic heart and a passion for development, he is responsible for Hydrogen Valley Südharz, as a Thuringian press house once named it.

Mathias admires the spirit and attitude of his team towards hydrogen that has emerged over the past 2 years. This makes ambitious goals tangible and allows the company to grow. René - as co-founder, he is responsible for sales and business development. He is a versatile guy with lots of crazy ideas and strategies. His flair for advancing the right things at the right time has helped us grow from a start-up to the world's No. 1.

History, politics, art and of course sport (except dressage riding) are just a small selection of topics that occupy me in my free time.

As Managing Director and COO, Jörg is responsible for the entire supply chain from procurement to logistics, assembly, commissioning, installation and service of our plants. "I strongly believe in hydrogen as the climate-friendly energy storage of the future and in our technology to contribute to achieving climate goals!"

At Maximator Hydrogen, Jörg is fascinated by the colleagues who put their heart, passion and personality into making growth possible and standing up for the technology. "Together we can achieve the ambitious goals! I am looking forward to
the exciting path into the future."

Lean processes and workflows in value creation have been Jörg's focus for many years. He has many years of experience as a consultant for optimization and in implementation in the manufacturing industry. He started his professional career in a logistics company for which he worked in Japan for several years.

Jörg studied business administration and holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. In his private life he comes from Upper Bavaria, south of Munich, where he lives with his partner and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys sports - kitesurfing on the water in summer and skiing in the mountains in winter.

In his function as CFO/Managing Director, he is the commercial conscience of the company. His main task is to create financial and data-driven transparency. In this way, as "pilot, admonisher and troublemaker," he helps to steer operational events in such a way that satisfactory results are generated. And all this is true to the motto: What matters is what comes out at the end!

In addition to this focus on numbers, data and facts, Oliver is also a passionate HR professional who is convinced that employees can only develop their full potential if goals are clear, work can be done independently and pragmatically, and each individual also receives appreciation.

Nitin runs our Americas business and comes to us with 20 years of industrial gas experience in the areas of process and applications engineering, project management and business development.  Nitin derives his energy from building new things whether it is an organization from scratch or a new product for the good of our future. Deeply committed to our relationship with our customers and our planet, he goes the extra mile to continuously improve. When not creating at work, he spends time with his wife and daughter hiking in the woods and playing rock guitar and drums.
