Whistleblower system form

Use of the whistleblower system is voluntary.

The whistleblower system is not intended to replace regular communication, but only serves to report serious suspicions of a violation of the law or, for such cases, where special confidentiality of the information must be guaranteed.

Reports can therefore also be submitted anonymously. Please note that reports without sufficient concrete evidence cannot be processed for legal reasons. Please note that deliberate false reports and defamation may have legal consequences. This does not apply to reports that were made in good faith but subsequently turn out to be false.

It is helpful if you consider the following W-questions: Who committed the offence? What happened? Where did it happen? When did it happen? How can the infringement be proven?
